Founding Attorney

M. Hazal ERDEM ASLAN completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law and then completed her Master's Degree in Private Law at Marmara University Faculty of Law, depending on the type of litigation and consultancy services she has received in her professional life. She focuses her practice on Construction and Real Property Law, Corporate and Commercial Law. She represents clients in commercial, labor and administrative cases before courts of all levels in Türkiye and provides consultancy services to companies for their commercial activities.

M. Hazal ERDEM ASLAN also supports local and foreign clients' investments and operations in Türkiye and provides active litigation and consultancy services to her clients in these areas. In addition, she provides both in-house and specialized legal services to Türkiye's leading corporate clients. M. Hazal ERDEM ASLAN is particularly well versed in the legal services required by corporate clients.

Before opening her own law firm, she worked as the Chief Legal Counsel of Baykan Denim Apparel Joint Stock Company and Baykan Automotive Joint Stock Company Group, which employs approximately 3,000 people and is among Türkiye's Top 500 Industrial Enterprises, between 2021 and 2023 and left to establish Hazal Aslan Law Firm.
